中药联合健康教育治疗艾滋病患者的疗效观察

摘  要:目的:探讨中药联合健康教育治疗艾滋病患者的疗效。方法:本次试验以笔者所在医院2006年12月至2013年12月收治的40例艾滋病患者为研究对象,对患者采取中药联合健康教育。结果:40例患者中,有38例患者坚持中药进行治疗,其中5例患者死亡,4例患者坚持一段时间后,由于经济等原因暂停治疗,1例患者由于其他感染终止中药治疗。患者健康教育1年后,在身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能及总体生活质量方面,对比分析后,差异有统计学意义(t=6.582、5.291、7.291、7.392,P<0.05),在社会功能方面,差异无统计学意义(t=0.972,P>0.05)。结论:中药联合健康教育治疗艾滋病患者有较好的效果。大量治疗艾滋病患者的药物均较贵,因此采用价格便宜、治疗效果显著的中药药物,并辅以相应的健康教育显得尤为重要。Objective: To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS patients combined with health education. Methods: 40 cases of AIDS patients in the test to in our hospital from 2006 December to 2013 December were taken as the research object, combined with health education on patients with traditional Chinese medicine. Results: of the 40 patients, 38 cases of patients adhere to traditional Chinese medicine treatment,, of which 5 patients died, 4 patients insisted after period of time, due to economic reasons to suspend treatment, 1 patients with other infection due to termination of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. 1 years after the health education of patients, in the aspects of physical function, role function, emotional function and overall quality of life, after the comparative analysis, the difference was statistically significant (t=6.582, 5.291, 7.291, 7.392, P〈0.05), in terms of the social function, no significant difference (t=0.972, P〉0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined health education of AIDS treatment has better effect. A large number of drugs in the treatment of AIDS are more expensive, so using traditional Chinese medicine price is cheap, the treatment effect is significant, with the corresponding health education is particularly important.
