中药热奄包Ⅰ号穴位熨烫治疗急性气管——支气管炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药热奄包I号穴位熨烫治疗急性气管-支气管炎的I陆床疗效及安全性。方法：对本院2011年2月-2013年7月就诊的63例急性急性气管-支气管炎患者随机分成中药热奄包I号穴位熨烫治疗组及对照组，治疗组在常规西医治疗下加用中药热奄包I号穴位熨烫治疗，对照分析其t临床疗效，评估其安全性。结果：治疗组与对照组对急性急性气管-支气管炎的临床疗效及症状积分改变二者相比无显著性差异（P〉0．05），在患者咳嗽症状缓解时间优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组中药热奄包I号穴位熨烫治疗急性气管-支气管炎未见明显不良反应。结论：中药热奄包I号穴位熨烫治疗急性气管-支气管炎安全有效，可作为安全有效的中医治疗特色疗法在临床上进一步推广使用。Objective： To investigate the thermal castrate package I, Chinese acupuncture treatment of acute airway ironing - bronchitis clinical efficacy and safety. Conclusion： Chinese medicine acupuncture hot Um package I, ironing acute airway - bronchitis safe and effective, can be used as a safe and effective therapy in clinical medicine treatment characteristics to further promote the use of.
