中医护理方案在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用喘病中医护理方案的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者78例作为研究对象,按照护理方式分为两组,对照组38例采用常规护理,观察组40例采用常规护理同时实施喘病中医护理方案,对比两组临床效果。结果:两组护理前肺功能对比差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后观察组肺功能显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用喘病中医护理方案临床效果明显,可显著改善患者肺功能,有推广价值。Objective to investigate the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with asthma for clinical effect of TCM nursing care plan. Methods select our hospital 78 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in elderly patients as the research object, according to the way of nursing was divided into two groups, control group of 38 patients＇ with routine nursing care, observation group 40 cases with normal nursing asthma for TCM nursing program at the same time, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results the two groups before nursing lung function contrast difference is not obvious （P 〉 0.05）, the observation group after nursing lung function significantly better than control group, compare the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with asthma for TCM nursing clinical effect is obvious, can significantly improve patients with pulmonary function, has promotion value.
