扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2013年3月-2014年3月诊治的慢性肝炎肝纤维化患者86例的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组给予扶正化瘀胶囊治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、肝功能的变化及其不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组ALT、TBIL、HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、IV-C均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正化瘀胶囊是治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化安全、有效的药物,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the treatment of chronic hepatitis B Fuzhenghuayu capsule fibrosis effect. Methods： 86 cases of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis in Our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014, Were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group to take regular treatment, observation group take Fuzhenghuayu capsule treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups, changes in liver function and adverse reactions. Results：Observation group total effective rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the observation group ALT, TBIL, HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Two patients had no adverse reactions.Conclusion：Fuzhenghuayu capsule is the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis safe, effective and worthy of promotion.
