摘 要:高速铁路轨道精调测量是保障轨道的高平顺性的重要工序,其测站间重复轨枕的搭接精度为三维坐标较差ΔX,ΔY,ΔZ≤±2mm。从自由设站的精度入手,正推测站搭接精度,发现2mm的精度要求偏严;结合对坐标较差合理性的分析,提出应根据自由设站的精度指标来决定搭接个数,结合搭接个数来制定搭接精度,且应把直接坐标比较转换为比较纵横向,这样既保证了轨道高平顺性的要求,又可使轨道精调测量时,现场作业更加灵活与高效,为后续规范的完善与修改提供一定的参考。The measurement of fine-tuning in high-speed railway track is an important step to guarantee the ride comfort,and lap sleeper accuracy of three-dimensional coordinates,ΔX,ΔY,ΔZ should be no more than 2 mm between its duplicated stations.According to the accuracy of freely setting station,speculating the accura-cy of station leap,we drew a conclusion that 2 mm maybe a little strict.Through reasonable analysis of the coor-dinate modification,it is proposed that the lap number should be decided based on the accuracy of freely setting station,and then according to the lap number,the lap accuracy could be controlled in this case.Meanwhile,the comparison of direct coordinates should be converted to a relatively vertical and horizontal magnitude,thus it can not only ensure high smoothness requirement,but also make the measurement work more flexible and efficient, thereby providing a reference for the improvement and modification of following norms.
