摘  要:详细分析了煤壁破坏的一般机理,结合邢台东庞矿2612大采高工作面实际,总结了煤壁破坏的主要形式,建立了大采高仰采工作面含有夹矸煤层煤壁破坏的力学模型,得出了顶板压力、夹矸厚度、仰采角度、煤体内聚力等对煤壁稳定性有较大影响,其中缓解煤壁的顶板压力是防止煤壁破坏的最有效措施。通过理论分析、UDEC数值模拟等研究了夹矸煤层煤壁注浆加固的合理钻孔位置和参数,得出最佳的布孔位置是注浆孔要和煤壁破坏的起坏点位置一致。同时介绍了2612大采高工作面实际的煤壁注浆工艺和实施效果。In this paper, the general mechanism of rib spalling was analyzed in detail, the main failure form of coal wall was summarized combined with the real conditions of 2612 coal face in Dongpang Mine, and the mechanical model of rib spalling in topple mining face with large mining height was established. The results show that the roof pressure, dirt band thickness, topple mining angle, coal cohesion, et al, have a great influence on the coal wall stability, and relieving the roof pressure of coal wall is the most effective measure to prevent coal wall failure. Meanwhile, the reasonable drilling position and grouting reinforcement parameters of coal seam with dirt band were studied by theoretical analysis, UDEC numerical simulation, etc. The studies show that the grouting holes drilled in the breakdown point of rib spalling is the best solution. In addition, the coal wall grouting process and implementation effect in 2612 coal face with large mining height was introduced.
