摘　　要：总结305例手足口病患儿在门急诊室诊治过程中实施的流程护理及管理,包括预检分诊、健康宣教、情绪护理和心理护理、早期识别处理重症病例、切断传播途径和疫情汇报等措施。认为有效的护理流程与管理对策可以提高手足口病的诊断治愈率。To conclusion the nursing process and management of hand,foot and mouth disease in outpatient and the emergency department, including engineering triage mission,epidemic report,emotional and psychological intervention,cutting off the route of transmission,early iden-tification of treatment in severe cases,and so on.Believe that the effective nursing and management can improve the cure rate of hand,foot and mouth disease.
