摘 要:目的为了调动护士们的工作积极性,提高治疗效率,达成患者和院方的双赢局面。方法 2012年开展的绩效分配方案,从大部分护士参与到全体护士参加绩效考评,其中加强绩效分配的管理是关键:在理论和制度的基础上设置方案,使绩效具有目的性和目标性。结果经过近7个月的绩效分配执行,中心注射室从不规范管理到不断完善,护士们工作主动性、自觉性增强,让患者等待的现象减少,中心注射室患者的满意度大大提高,护士们的工作效率,绩效也不断提高。结论中心注射室通过绩效的管理达到双重目的良好的服务,优质的护理。Objective To motivate the nurses, to improve the efficiency of treatment and to achieve the win - win situation of patients and the hospital. Methods the Performance Distribution Scheme started from 2012. From most to all the nurses to participate in the Performance E- valuation, The key of this scheme is to strengthen the Performance Distribution management: to design a scheme on the basis of theory and system, in order to make the Performance Scheme purposeful and targeted. Results after nearly 7 months of Performance Distribution execu- tion, the Central Injection Room has been progressing from irregular management to constantly improvement. The nurses have been working ac- tively and consciously ;less patients waiting ; patient ' s satisfaction has been greatly increased ; the nurses ' performance has been improved. Conclusion by the management of Performance, the Central Injection Room achieved the dual purpose of good service and high quality nurs- ing care.
