CD56、CD25在原因不明习惯性流产患者外周血及蜕膜组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨原因不明习惯性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)患者外周血和蜕膜组织中NK细胞表面抗原标志物CD56和CD25的含量变化及其相关性。方法选取2011年1月—2013年6月在我科就诊的RSA患者60例为RSA组,选择同期要求人工流产的正常妊娠妇女70例作为对照组。通过流式细胞术和免疫荧光技术检测两组外周血及蜕膜组织中CD56、CD25的表达水平,并对其进行相关性分析。结果流式细胞术检测结果显示,RSA组外周血和蜕膜组织中CD56、CD25 NK细胞含量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。免疫荧光技术检测结果显示RSA组蜕膜组织中CD56、CD25 NK细胞的荧光染色强度高于对照组(P<0.05)。RSA组外周血中CD56与蜕膜组织中CD56和外周血中CD25的表达呈正相关(r=0.713,P=0.032;r=0.367,P=0.014)。结论 CD56和CD25的表达与RSA有关,且CD56与CD25在RSA的发病过程中有协同作用。Objective To ＂explore the content changes and correlation of NK cell surface antigen CD56 and CD25 in peripheral blood and decidual tissues of women after recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA）. Methods A total of 60 RSA patients during January 2011 and June 2013 were chosen as RSA group, and 70 normal pregnant women at the same period were chosen as control group, who would choose artificial abortion. The expressions of NK cell surface antigen CD56 and CD25 in peripheral blood and decidual tissues of the two groups were detected using flow cytometric analysis and immu- nofluorescence staining, and the correlation was also analyzed. Results The flow cytometric analysis showed that levels of CD56 and CD25 expressions and NK content in peripheral blood and decidual tissues of RSA group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Immunofluorescence staining detection showed that intensi0n levels of CD56 and CD25 expressions and NK cells in peripheral blood and decidual tissues of RSA group were higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The CD56 expression in peripheral blood showed a positive correlation with CD56 expression in decidual tissues and CD25 expression in peripheral blood in RSA group （r =0. 713, P = 0.032; r = 0. 367, ja = 0.014）. Conclu- sion Expressions of CD56 and CD25 are correlated with RSA, and have synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of RSA.
