摘  要:目的探讨飞行环境对飞行人员精子凋亡的影响。方法选择2011年4—6月就诊的飞行人员21例为观察组,选择同期已婚已育男性20例为对照组,利用WEILI-9000电脑精液自动分析仪和流式细胞仪对两组新鲜精液样本进行精液常规及精子凋亡率检测。结果观察组a、b级精子百分率较对照组显著下降(P<0.05),c、d级精子百分率较对照组显著增加(P<0.05);观察组活精子及早期凋亡精子百分率较对照组下降,晚期凋亡精子百分率、总凋亡率、死亡精子百分率较对照组增高(P<0.05)。结论飞行环境应激可能会导致男性精子凋亡率增加。Objective To explore the effect of flight environment on spermatozoa apoptosis of pilots. Methods The fresh semen samples from 21 pilots ( observation group) and 20 normal fertile men ( control group) form April to June 2011 were performed routine examinations and apoptosis rate by WEILI-9000 computer semen autoanalyser and flow cy- tometry respectively. Results The sperm percentages of grade a and b in observation group were significantly reduced (P 〈 0. 05), while sperm percentages of grade c and d significantly increased compared with those in the control group (P 〈 O. 05). Compared with those in control group, percentages of live sperm and early apoptosis rate in observation group were significantly decreased, while late apoptosis and total apoptotic rates and percentage of death sperm were sig- nificantly increased in the pilot group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Flight environmental stress may lead to increased rate of sperm apoptosis.
