摘　　要：我国正处于由计划经济向市场经济的转换过程之中,这不仅仅是经济生活方式的转变,更是一种特殊价值体系的转变。马克斯·韦伯的宗教经济伦理思想通过树立与我国市场经济体制相适应的道德体系和伦理观念;培育具有现代伦理精神的市场经济活动主体;健全制度体系,完善市场经济的约束机制三个方面来解答我国如何建立与市场经济相适应的伦理精神这一命题。China is experiencing the social transition from a planned economy to a market economy. which means not only the transformation of the economic development way,but a social value system. With Max Webb＇s economical ethics,from the aspects of moral system and ethic ideas,cultivating the economic ethics and improving the market economic system,the paper elaborates the spirit of market economy and how to develop the ethical spirit.
