摘　　要：机床夹具是机械加工中的工艺装备,种类繁多,应用十分广泛。钻模就是钻床加工中经常使用的一种夹具,它对工件精度及生产效率的提高有非常大的帮助,但在某些工作加工场合,它也有一些不足之处,通过对它不足之处进行改进,使它既可保持原有的精度,又可以使工效大大提高;如"样冲替代钻头",可以说是一种既简单又经济的方法。the fixture is a process equipment in machining processing for a wide range of applications. A jig is often used in drilling machine, it is a big help to improve work piece precision and production efficiency. But, in some cases of machining, it also has some disadvantages. This paper will improve its deficiencies in order to sustain precision and improve working efficiency greatly, such as the “punch replacement drill” , can be said to be a simple and economic method.
