摘  要:为满足煤层气多分支井钻井提速和充气欠平衡钻井工艺的要求,EM-MWD随钻测量工具投入应用。从分析该工具的技术特点入手,选取导向敏感参数,建立钻头位置与煤层空间对应关系的参数组合模型,形成EM-MWD工具条件下的地质导向方法。2013年全井使用EM-MWD随钻测量工具的3口井均取得了较好应用效果,高标准完成了钻井考核指标,其中Z4P-9H井12天完成了8个井眼4820m纯煤进尺,煤层钻遇率高达98.37%,控制面积0.42km^2,创造了煤层气多分支水平井施工以来的十项钻井技术指标。To increase the drilling the measurement tool while drilling speed and fulfill the requirement of under-balance drilling technique, EM-MWD is applied in CBM muhi-lateral horizontal well. No. 2 Log- ging Branch analyzed the technical features of the tool, selected steering sensitive parameters, established the parameter combination models with the correspondent relationship of drill rig direction and coal seam spacing, and formed the geosteering method with EM-MWD tool. In 2013, the tool was applied well in three CBM wells and met the assessment targets with good quality. Eight boreholes were drilled in Z4P-9H well in 12 days, with 4820m of pure coal footages, 98.37% of coal seam reservoir encountering rate and 0. 42km^2 of controlling area. The practice has created ten records of drilling techniques since the construc- tion period of CBM multi-lateral horizontal well.
