矿区铁路装卸线一体化道床技术的研究应用

摘　　要：铁运处对整体式道床进行调查研究,并首次在东庄站万路达货物线上实施,以便于清扫落地煤和排除污水,改善道床环境,避免道床板结和翻浆冒泥等病害。之后又对岱庄站煤仓下既有道床进行调查分析,在探索中完成了岱庄矿煤仓下整体道床设计,并采用边生产边施工的办法,完成了对道床的硬化,取得了较好的经济效益和安全效益。Railway transportation department made the investigation of the monolithic track bed, and used in Dong-Zhuang Railway Station Wanluda freight line for the first time, to facilitate cleaning floor coal and exclude the sewage, improve the environment , and avoid the track bed hardening, and mud-pumping. Then to investigated the existing track bed under coal bunker of Daizhuang station, and completed the design of monolithic track bed of Daizhuang coal mine in the exploration, and the use of the production side of the construction methods, completed the hardening track bed, and achieved good economic beneift and safety beneift.
