摘　　要：结合新炼钢生产实践，分析钢水流动性差原因，在此基础上分析转炉和LF精炼炉操作过程，进而优化操作，从而解决钢水流动性差、连铸水口堵塞的问题。By causes analysis on poor molten steel liquidity, the operations are optimized by analyzing the operation process of BOF and LF. The problems of poor molten steel liquidity and the clogging in the submerged nozzle can be solved.
