摘　　要：电炉厂采用100tUHP电炉短流程生产超（超）临界高压锅炉管用钢R102。通过实施精料方针、规范脱氧工艺、优化吹氩处理工艺、选择最佳二冷区配水模型、钢水低过热度浇注、控制拉速等集成的工艺，确保开发出的产品能够满足市场需求。Ultra-supercritical boiler tube R102 is produced by EAF 100tUI-IP with short process. Some measures have been taken to ensure the developed products can meet the needs of the market such as using high quality burden, stand- ardizing deoxidation process, optimizing argon blowing process, selecting Optimum water distribution model in second- cooling zone, low degree of superheat casting and controlling withdrawal speed etc,.
