板坯连铸动态二冷与轻压下控制模型在南钢的应用

摘  要:为进一步改善铸坯内部质量的控制效果,对奥钢联板坯连铸动态二冷与轻压下控制模型进行了详细解析。其中,模型将铸流离散成若干个切片,周期性地实时采集现场生产工艺参数,依据传热学理论与合理假设对每个切片建立传热微分方程,用有限差分法求解各切片传热微分方程,实现对铸坯实时温度场的动态跟踪和现场监控。考虑传热的滞后性,采用有效拉速,并基于目标表面温度控制法与轻压下理论实现了动态二冷与轻压下控制。The dynamic secondary cooling and soft reduction control model of VAI was analyzed in detail to control inner quality of slab effectively. In the control models, the flow casting was divided into several slices. The real time collec- tion of the casting process parameters could be made cyclically. Based on the heat transfer theory and reasonable hypoth- esis, the differential equations of the slices for the casting heat transfer process were established. The heat transfer dif- ferential equation of each slice could be solved with finite difference method and the real-time temperature field dynamic tracking of the strand was realized. Considering the delay time of thermal conduction, based on the method of object sur- face temperature control and the theory of soft reduction, dynamic control of the secondary cooling and soft reduction of the slab casting could be achieved by effective casting speed.
