摘　　要：目的:总结22例多角形拇趾腓侧皮瓣塑形第二足趾再造拇、手指的术前术后护理。方法:对22例患者做好术前常规准备、心理护理及供受区皮肤准备,术后做好体位护理、再造手指微循环变化的观察,及时发现、处理血管危象,指导功能锻炼。结果:本组22例25指,经过术后精心护理,未发生血管危象,全部顺利成活。结论:显微手指再造术后护理相当重要,发现问题不及时、护理处理不当可导致再造手指失败,术后恢复期护理指导患者功能锻炼,对促进功能恢复相当重要。Objective：To summarizes the perioperative nursing of 22 cases whose undergoing finger reconstruction of the thumb and digits with the second toe reshaped by the modified great toe fibular flap. Method：22 patients would be taken with routine preoperative preparation,psychological nursing,and for the areas of skin preparation, postoperative body position nursing care,taken close observation of blood circulation and prevention of vascular crisis of the reconstructed finger,and proper functional exercise guidance. Result：All the figers survivaled,and there was no vascalar crisis happened. Conclusion：It is important that Microscopic finger reconstructing postoperative nursing care if the problem not timely be founded or nursing improper handling be dealt that caused the failure of reengineering fingers, patients with postoperative convalescence nursing instruction function exercise,is quite important to promote the functional recovery.
