电脑妇科治疗仪配合中药治疗中期妊娠引产合并尖锐湿疣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨电脑妇科治疗仪配合中药治疗中期妊娠引产合并尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的中期妊娠引产合并尖锐湿疣的患者46例作为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组单纯给予电脑妇科治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合中药治疗,比较两组治疗有效率和复发率。结果:观察组和对照组的治疗有效率分别是91.3%和78.2%,经为期3个月的随访后,两组的复发率分别是0和26.0%,观察组治疗有效率和复发率优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电脑妇科治疗仪配合中药治疗中期妊娠引产合并尖锐湿疣的临床疗效确切,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To discuss the computer with the clinical efficacy of treatment for gynecological merger trimester abortion medicine treatment of genital warts. Method：Selecting our hospital merger trimester abortion patients 46 cases of genital warts as research subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups,control group was given computer alone treatment for gynecological treatment,observation group on the basis of the control group was given traditional Chinese medicine. To compare treatment efficiency and recurrence rate of the two groups. Result：The treatment efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 91.3%,respectively,and 78.2%,after a three-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups was 0 and 26.0%,treatment efficiency and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Computer treatment for gynecological clinical efficacy of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine combined trimester abortion precise genital warts,and the recurrence rate,is worthy of clinical application.
