习仲勋的群众观在广东改革开放中的实践及启示

摘　　要：1978年至1980年,习仲勋以巨大的勇气投身广东改革开放事业,在此期间,他认真贯彻党的群众路线,对群众负责、向群众学习、为群众服务,他深入群众,调查研究,发扬民主,以群众利益为本,统筹兼顾,勇于改革,敢于担当。在推进广东改革开放的过程中,习仲勋的群众观集中到一点,就是坚持一切为了群众、一切依靠群众。学习习仲勋同志以人民群众为本的群众观,对于坚持党的群众路线、推进全面深化改革、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、早日实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要意义。From 1978 to 1980,Xi Zhongxun engaged himself with a great courage in the cause of reform＆amp;openning in Guangdong. During this period,he carefully carried through the Party’s mass line,being re-sponsible for the mass,learning from the mass,and serving the mass. He went deep among the mass to perform investigation and research,carried forward democracy,treated the mass’s interests as the basic concern,made o-verall planning,dared to reform＆amp;openning and bear responsibilities. During the process of promoting reform＆amp;openning in Guangdong,Xi Zhongxun’s mass view was concentrated on one point,that is,all for the mass and all depended on the mass. Learning from Comrade Xi Zhongxun’s people - oriented mass view has an important significance for sticking to the Party’s mass line,boosting the all - around deepening of the reform＆amp;openning,pushing the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity,and reali-zing the China Dream of the great revival of the Chinese nation as soon as possible.
