摘 要:目的:探讨定职责、定站位、定流程的团队急救模式在急危重症抢救工作中的应用效果。方法:选择常见的24种急危重症病例,采取一医二护团队模式分别制定抢救流程。把急诊抢救室护士按照能级分层次,针对常见急危重症进行团队急救模式与流程的情景模拟培训并应用于临床,考核、观察实施后的效果。结果:实施一医二护团队模式后急危重症患者的抢救成功率、医师对护士配合的满意度、患者家属对抢救终末效果的满意度以及护士的单项技能和综合能力(技术及非技术能力)均得到提高,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:一医二护团队急救模式与流程的实施可以使医护配合更默契,提高了急危重症患者的抢救成功率和患者及家属的满意度,有利于急救团队的整体成长。Objective: To explore the effects of one doctor-two nurses teamwork model with standard procedure on treatments of critically ill patients. Methods: Based on one doctor-two nurses teamwork model, standard treatments of 24 critically diseases were established. Nurses were seperated acording work level and had the teamwork of critically ill patients treatments training. The effects of the training were examined. Results: After carrying out the one doctor-two nurses teamwork model, the survival rate of critically ill paitents, physician satisfaction with the nurse, satisfaction degree of families in the treatments effects on critically ill patients were improved(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:One doctor-two nurses teamwork model could make health care teams with more understanding, improve the survival rate of critically ill patients and their families' satisfaction, and is conducive to the emergency team making progress.
