临床护理路径对改善老年白内障手术患者护理满意度的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在改善老年白内障手术患者护理满意度中的作用。方法:选择在我院诊断和治疗的老年白内障患者128例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组64例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径护理。结果:健康教育后,掌握健康教育内容观察组有50例(78.13%),对照组有38例(59.38%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.24,P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间为(3.82±0.97)d,明显短于对照组的(5.68±1.12)d(P<0.05);观察组患者平均住院费用为(4 416.18±189.46)元,明显少于对照组的(5 931.42±224.38)元(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为95.31%,明显高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能够改善老年白内障手术患者的护理满意度,减少住院时间及费用。Objective： To discuss the application results of clinical nursing path for improving the nursing satisfaction of the elderly patients with cataract surgery. Methods： One hundred and twenty- eight patients with cataract were included in the study and divided into the control group （ n = 64） ） and the observer vation group （ n = 64 ） ） by the random number table. The patients in the control group were given the routine care while the patients in the observer vation group were given the clinical nursing path. Results： Fifty patients （78. 13% ） in observer vati0n group graphed the health education and 38 （59.38%）in control group. It was significant difference between the two groups （x^2 = 5.24, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The average length of stay of the observer vation group was （3.82 ±0. 97） d and it was obviously shorter than that of the control group [ （ 5.68 ±1.12） d, P 〈 0.05 ]. The average cost of hospitalization of the observation group was （4 416. 18 ± 189.46） yuan and was obviously less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing path can improve nursing satisfaction in eiderly patients with cataract surgery, reduce hospitalization time and costs.
