摘　　要：目的:探讨急性脑卒中合并肺部感染患者的药物治疗方案,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对1例急性脑卒中合并肺部感染患者抗感染用药进行分析,并提供相应药学服务。结果:通过用药分析结果,临床药师提供了符合此类患者特点的药物治疗建议。结论:临床药师参与制订临床用药方案,可以协助临床解决用药过程中的实际问题,提高用药安全性。OBJECTIVE：To discuss the medication for a patient with acute cerebral apoplexy complicated by pulmonary infection for reference of clinical rational use of drug.METHODS： The use of anti-infectious drugs in a patient with acute cerebral infarction complicated by pulmonary infection was analyzed.RESULTS： Based on the analytic results on drug use and the characteristics of the patient, clinical pharmacists provided corresponding medication recommendations.CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacist ’ involvement in the formulation of medication regimen can solve problems encountered in medication and promote medication safety.
