女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染的基因分型及复发情况分析

摘　　要：目的 针对患有尖锐湿疣的患者进行HPV基因分型并分析,便于疾病的防治与诊断.方法 选择2013年1月-2014年1月在湖北省文理学院附属襄阳市中心医院接受检查治疗的90例外阴尖锐湿疣女性患者,避开患者的月经期,使用消毒棉签擦拭宫颈处的分泌物,并使用呈箭形的取样刷在宫颈入口2cm处轻轻旋转若干圈,在疣体上刮取上皮细胞并送检,依据试剂盒说明严格进行操作.结果 90例患者中,有72例检出HPV DNA的基因分型,其检测率为80.0％,其中的高危型发病概率为75.0％（54/72）,低危型检出概率43.1％（31/72）.单一型感染的患者63例,多重感染者27例.结论 外阴尖锐湿疣患者为高危型HPV高感染率人群,在对症治疗的同时更应重视高危型HPV的检测.Objective HPV genotyping of condyloma acuminatum patients was tested and analyzed for the prevention and diagnosis of diseases.Methods 90 cases of vulvar condyloma acuminatum female patients in the Affiliated Central Hospital of Hubei University of Art and Science from January 2013 to January 2014 were collected as research subjects.Swab samples was collected and tested according to the manual operation.Results For these 90 patients,72 cases were detected HPV gene typing for DNA.The detection rate was 80%,the incidence of high-risk types in which was 75% （54/72） and low risk type detection probability was 43.1% （31/72）.63 cases were single type infection and 27 cases were multiple infection.Conclusions There is high risk of HPV high infection rate for vulva condyloma acuminatum patients and more attention should be paid to the detection of high-risk HPV in symptomatic.
