摘 要:考察了镍合金基体表面处理对ZSM-5分子筛膜原位生长及其结合强度的影响,采用纳米压入法测量了ZSM-5分子筛膜的力学特性,采用热冲击法和拉伸法评价了分子筛膜与基体之间的结合强度。结果表明,ZSM-5分子筛膜的硬度和弹性模量分别为5.6GPa和50.6GPa;基体经高温氧化(950℃)后,原位生长的ZSM-5分子筛晶体数量减少,分子筛膜的抗热冲击能力提高,界面结合强度降低;基体经盐酸或硝酸处理后,原位生长的ZSM-5分子筛晶体数量与酸溶液浓度有关,分子筛膜与基体之间的结合强度增大。Influence of surface modification of nickel alloy substrate was studied on in-situ growth and adhesion strength of ZSM-5films.The mechanical properties of ZSM-5film were measured by using nano-indentation test,and the interfacial adhesion strength between zeolite film and substrate was evaluated by using thermal shock test and pull-off test.The hardness and elastic modulus of ZSM-5film were 5.6GPa and 50.6GPa,respectively.The oxidation of substrate at 950℃reduced the number of ZSM-5zeolite crystals grown on the substrate,which led to the enhancement of the capability against thermal shock and the weakening of the adhesion strength of ZSM-5film.For substrates treated in HCl or HNO3 solution,the number of ZSM-5crystals grown on the substrate depended on the solution concentration and the adhesion strength between zeolite film and substrate was improved.
