摘　　要：皖北民俗文化是在皖北自然地理和人文环境中形成、发展和不断变化的各类生活事象,是皖北各族人民世代辛勤劳动和生活智慧的结晶,在内涵上体现出皖北地域之物质形态、人文言行和民众心理特征,有着鲜明的区域文化特色,并且在与其他区域民俗文化碰撞、交融过程中不断丰富发展。依据区域特点对皖北民俗文化资源进行开发和利用,可以整体提升区域文化功能,促进社会经济、文化教育、民族融合等各项事业健康持续发展。Northern Anhui folk culture consists in all kinds of life phenomena that develop and change in the natural geograph -ical and cultural environments in northern Anhui;it is the crystalization of hard labor and life wisdom of people of all ethnic groups from generation to generation .It develops in the contact of other regional culture , expressing its own regional material form , humanis-tic, geographical and psychological characteristics of people in northern Anhui .On the basis of the regional characteristics of the folk culture resources , we can enhance the overall function of regional culture , promoting the healthy and sustainable development of social economy, culture and education, and ethnic fusion.
