摘 要:为研究新吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)不同体质量阶段的耐寒能力,应用室内人工降温方法,测定了其半致死低温(LT50)和低温累计存活小时数(CDH值)等耐寒指标。结果表明,随着体质量的不断增加,新吉富罗非鱼的耐寒能力不断增强。4个体质量阶段的LT50值依次是:9.72℃、8.80℃、8.70℃、7.86℃;CDH值依次是:952.30 h、1211.90 h、1280.70 h、1522.90 h。通过对LT50和CDH值进行相关性分析和多重比较,4个体质量阶段中,Ⅳ阶段的LT50和CDH值与其他阶段有显著差异(P<0.01),表明其耐寒能力相对较强;而其余各阶段间的LT50和CDH值差异不显著(P>0.05);由此可见发育程度较高的罗非鱼耐寒力较好。In this study, cold tolerance in different weight stages of NEW GIFT Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)were investigated by measuring their Semi-lethal low temperature and cooling degree hours et al, in the condition of indoor artificial cooling. The results indicated that the cold tolerance ability of NEW GIFT Nile tilapia was significantly enhanced with weight growing. The LT50 values of the four stages were: 9.72℃, 8.80℃,8.70℃, 7.86℃ and the CDH values were 952.30 h, 1211.90 h, 1280.70 h, 1522.90 h. The correlation analysis and multiple comparisons among LT50 values and CDH values showed that the stage Ⅳ were significantly different from other stages(P0.01), which means that its cold tolerance ability is relatively stronger than that of the other stages, while the LT50 values and CDH values of the rest stages showed no statistical difference among themselves(P0.05). Therefore, tilapia of higher degree development also had a good cold tolerance.
