摘 要:针对稳态、动态电能质量问题,介绍了傅里叶变换、小波变换、S变换等分析方法,论述了当前研究现状并指出其不足,在治理技术上,目前采用用户电力技术治理配电网电能质量问题比较有效,介绍了稳态、动态电能质量和谐波的治理技术,并对比了有源滤波器、固态转换开关、配电型静止同步补偿器、不间断电源等控制装置的性能优缺点、应用进展及其经济性。In allusion to steady and dynamic power quality problems, introduction was made to the Fourier transformation, wavelet transformation, S transformation etc analysis methods. Discussion was made to the research status and the defi ciencies of the current points. In the governance of technology, the custom power technology is more effective for quality problems. Dynamic power quality and harmonic governance of technology were introduced. This paper contrasted with advantages and disadvantages of the active power fi lter, solid state transfer switch, distribution static synchronous compensator, uninterrupted power supply and other control devices, as well as the application progress and economy.
