摘  要:根据抽水蓄能机组的结构特点,介绍了抽水蓄能机组上导滑转子加工工艺和热套工艺过程,通过对绝缘包绕工艺的分析,并采取有效措施,优化工艺方法,使得中间环包绕绝缘后与滑转子一次性热套成功,验证了工艺过程的可行性,为今后抽水蓄能发电电动机滑转子制造及装配提供了技术参考。Based on structure characteristic of pumped hydro storage, this paper introduced the pumped hydro storage upper bearing collar machining and heat setting technological process. After analysis of insulation wrapping technology, the effective measures and optimized technological method was adopted to make upper bearing collar heat setting successfully in one time after intermediate insulation wrapping. The feasibility of the technological process was verified, which provides technical reference for future pumped hydro storage upper bearing machine and assembling.
