摘　　要：城乡一体化是联产承包责任制后新的基本研究科目,但不同地域有不同发展特点,应因地制宜有所创新,研究、探索破解城乡一体化过程中土地瓶颈解决方法,积极探索深化制度改革,包括土地制度、户籍制度、流通体制、产权制度的改革以及完善各种法律法规建设,从立法上保障城乡一体化的顺利进行。Urban - rural integration is a new topic for study after the implementation of household contracting system. However, different areas have their different development characteristics. Solution to the land problem should take into consideration the elements of land system, residence permit system, circulation system, reform of property system, and improvement of laws and regulations, so that the urban - rural integration can be guaranteed legally.
