高校毕业生就业与新农村建设互动研究

摘　　要：积极引导高校毕业生到农村基层就业,既可以实现毕业生顺利就业,也可以解决新农村建设中农业现代化所亟需的人才缺口,并为实现工业化、信息化、城镇化与农业现代化同步发展提供人才保障。研究表明高校毕业生农村就业的意愿不强,指出高校毕业生服务于新农村建设所存在的问题,并提出实现城乡一体化、促进大学生农村就业的相应对策。To actively guide the graduates to have their employment in the rural areas can not only help to graduates＇ employment, but can also solve the problem of lack of professional people for the new rural construction, and it can meet the demand for people working for the synchronized development of industrialization, informationization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. The research shows that college graduates＇ intention for rural employment is not strong, points out the problem with college graduates＇ service for the new rural construction, and puts forward the measures to realize urban and rural integration and to promote rural employment of college students.
