摘　　要：哈萨克斯坦独立建国以来,制定和颁布了一系列有关移民政策的法律、法规,显示出该国政府对于国际移民更为明确的管理思路。即为了国家复兴和经济社会发展,引进适应哈萨克斯坦国情的国外移民。对哈萨克斯坦的移民政策调整思路进行分析,以期对我国的移民管理提供一定的借鉴。Kazakhstan has formulated and promulgated a series of policies concerning immigration laws and regulations since independence, indicating the government has clearer management ideas to the international immigration. For national rejuvenation and economic development, Kazakhstan needs the introduction of foreign immigrants adapting to its conditions. The adjustment ideas of immigration policy in Kazakhstan have been analyzed, in order to obtain some immigration management references to China.
