北京环形铁道区域铁路立体运输组织规划方案研究

摘　　要：在分析环形铁道区域的区位交通、物流发展状况,以及北京铁路枢纽规划的基础上,提出充分挖掘铁路货运潜能,利用环形铁道区域发展铁路立体运输物流。依据规划目标及原则,从垂直和水平?2?个方向考虑,制定环形铁道区域铁路货物集散的立体运输组织规划方案,规划方案对改善北京交通状况、促进铁路发展具有积极意义。Based on analyzing the regional traffic and logistic development status in loop railway area as well as Beijing railway hub planning, this paper puts forward that fully tapping potential of railway freight transportation and developing railway three-dimensional transport logistics by using the loop railway area. According to the planning object and principle, through considering vertical direction and horizontal direction, the planning scheme of threedimensional transport organization for railway freight collecting & distributing in loop railway area was worked out, which has active meaning on improving Beijing traffic status and promoting railway development.
