α-2b干扰素联合病毒唑加利多卡因局封治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨α-2b干扰素联合病毒唑加利多卡因局封治疗复发性生殖器疱疹并观察疗效。方法:治疗组45例采用α-2b干扰素联合病毒唑加利多卡因局封治疗,每周1次,5周为一疗程;对照组42例采用干扰素软膏每天4次,1个月为1疗程。结果:治疗组治愈率为62.22%,总有效率为86.67%,对照组治愈率为38.10%总有效率为66.67%,治疗组和对照组治愈率和总有效率比较统计学都有显著差异性(前为χ2=5.059,P=0.024;后为χ2=4.908,P=0.027)。结论:α-2b干扰素联合病毒唑加利多卡因局封治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效较好,复发率明显降低,无明显副作用,操作简便,有推广价值。Objective：To observe th e clinical curative effect of α-2b interferon combined with ribavirin plus lidocaine local blocking therapy in treatment for recurrent genital herpes. Methods： 45 cases were treated with interferon α-2b and ribavirin with lidocaine local blocking therapy, once a week, 5 weeks as a course of treatment; the control group of 42 patients with interferon ointment, 4 times a day, one month to 1 course of treatment. Results： The cure rate was 62.22% in treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.67%; cure rate of the control group was 38.10%, the total effective rate was 66.67% in which the cure rate （χ^2=5.059,P〈0.024）and total effective rate were all have significant difference（χ^2=4.908, P〈0.027）.Conclusion：α-2b interferon combined with ribavirin,lidocaine in the treatment for recurrent genital herpes patients can obviously reduces recurrence rate, reduces side effect, has good curative effect and convenient operation, the promotion of the value.
