摘　　要：目的评价血栓弹力图法(TEG)与光学比浊法(LTA)监测冠心病患者阿司匹林抵抗的一致性。方法通过LTA法与TEG法检测70例冠心病患者的血小板聚集功能,并对两种方法的检测结果进行一致性比较。结果 LTA法和TEG法检测阿司匹林抵抗的发生率分别为10.0%和11.4%;两种方法检测阿司匹林抵抗具有好的一致性(Kappa=0.790)。结论 TEG法与LTA法具有好的一致性,可用于评价阿司匹林的临床疗效,指导临床治疗。Objective To evaluate the consistency between thromboelastography （TEG） and light transmis‐sion aggregometry （LTA） in monitoring aspirin resistance in patients with coronary heart disease .Methods A total of 70 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study .Platelet aggregation were determined by TEG and LTA ,and consistency of results from the two methods were assessed as well .Results The incidence of Aspirin resistance determined by LTA and TEG was 10 .0% and 11 .4% ,respectively .Fine consistence of results was found between the two method（Kappa=0 .790） .Conclusion TEG might be with fine consistency in determing Aspirin re‐sistance ,which could be used for the evaluation of therapeutic effect of Aspirin .
