摘　　要：首先分析了娄底市气象科技服务发展现状及存在的问题,并提出促进发展的对策与措施,旨在进一步提高气象科技服务工作的能力,尽快实现气象科技服务的全面现代化。The development situation and existing problems of meteorological science and technology service in Loudi City were analyzed, and countermeasures to accelerate development were put for-ward. The aim was to further improve the capacity of meteorological science and technology service work, and realize me-teorological science and technology ser-vice modernization as soon as possible.
