摘 要:随着现代检测技术的发展,开展有初始裂纹的齿轮寿命的预测,对特殊情况下的动力传动装置以及精密预测齿轮寿命来说都具有重要意义。基于线弹性断裂力学理论,应用边界元分析软件FRANC3D分析了某型变速器5挡齿轮的小齿轮裂纹前缘在不同位置处的应力强度因子,探讨了裂纹的扩展方式以及进程,并预测齿根中部裂纹扩展的失效特征及裂纹扩展预期寿命。提出的齿轮裂纹扩展研究方法,不仅可以丰富齿轮的强度理论,也为优化齿轮设计理论等提供较好的参考依据。With the development of the modern detection technology, carrying out the gear life prediction with initial crack is of great significance to power transmission device in special situations and precision predict the gear life. Based on the theory of linear elastic fracture mechanics, the stress inten- sity factor at the different pinion crack positions of a five--speed gear--type transmission is analyzed by using boundary element analysis software FRANC3D. The crack propagation path and process is ex- plored, and the failure characteristics of crack propagation in the central tooth root and its crack propa- gation life are predicted. This gear crack propagation research methods is not only enriches the theo- retical strength of the gear but also provides a good reference for the optimization of gear design theory.
