摘 要:针对客户对于机械运动实现的特征及要求,设计了一种平面共轭凸轮机构。分析了简谐运动规律作为从动机构部件的运动形态,基于解析法完成了主副凸轮工作廓线的设计,基于Pro/E软件建立了共轭凸轮机构的三维实体模型。应用Java语言程序,以角位移1°为步长计算了机构相关的凸轮关键参数。分析了关联从动滑块连杆摇杆导向机构的尺寸计算及优化问题,完成了功能模型的零部件设计与约束连接装配。基于Pro/E软件的应用程序功能,完成了凸轮机构的运动学仿真与分析。为凸轮机构的快速响应设计与仿真分析提供了可借鉴的技术与方法,提高了设计效率和质量。According to the characteristics and requirements of achieving mechanical movement, a plate conjugate discal cam mechanism is designed. The simple harmonic motion is selected as the move- ment patterns of follower parts. Based on analytical method, the work profiles are designed for master and slave cam. The 3D solid models of the cam mechanisms are established based on Pro/E software. Exploiting to the Java language program, some key parameters of the cam mechanisms are calculated u- sing angular displacement 1~ increments as step length. The size calculation and optimization problems are analyzed for an associated follower slider linkage rocker guider mechanism and the design of parts and assembly connect constraints is implemented to the functional model of cams mechanism. Using the function of application programming of the Pro/E software, the kinematics simulation and analysis of the cam mechanism is achieved. A kind of technique and method can learn from quickly response design and simulation analysis is provided against cam mechanism, it improves design efficiency and quality.
