摘 要:刮齿是圆柱齿轮加工中的一种新型高效加工方法,不仅可以加工外齿轮,还可以加工内齿轮与渐开线圆柱蜗杆。从刮齿原理角度出发,论述了刮齿加工过程中工件主轴与刀具主轴的相对位置关系。通过对刮齿切削机理的分析,研究了刮齿刀刀齿一次循环切削中的两种切削效应。基于实际加工情况,构建了刮齿加工运动模型,并得出相关运动之间的关系。利用交错轴空间啮合坐标系,推导出切削点的相对运动速度,从理论角度说明了刮齿加工的可行性。最后,利用自主改造的数控机床和全新设计的刮齿刀进行了实例加工验证。Gear skiving is a new type of efficient machining method for cylindrical gear, is not only used to process internal gear, but also external gear and involute cylindrical worm. On the basis of the principle of gear skiving, the relative position between the workpiece and tool is discussed. Through the analysis of material removal mechanism, the two cutting effects of the gear skiving in a circle are studied. Then, based on the practical operation, the motion model is established and the relationships among movements are deduced. By means of gears meshing coordinate system, the relative speed at cutting point is obtained, which theoretically proves the feasibility of gear skiving. Finally, the feasi- bility of gear skiving is verified by the empirical practice of using self--reformed CNC machining tool and newly--designed skiving cutter.
