摘　　要：介绍了数字扫频仪测控和USB2.0接口技术,给出了扫频仪测控接口的设计方案及测控软件的主流程图,并在DSP上编程实现了扫频仪测量数据的U盘存取模块,同时在计算机上设计了扫频仪测量结果的在线显示和处理。经实验测试表明,该接口满足了设计要求。The measurement and control interface technologies of Digital Sweeper and USB2.0 are briefly intro- duced, and a design of control interface of digital sweeper and its main software flow are given. The USB access and storage module of the test data of sweeper is implemented by programming on DSP. The test results of the sweeper is displayed and processed online on computer, which show that the design meets the requirement.
