水平井分段压裂工艺技术现状及发展方向

摘　　要：大庆外围低渗透及特低渗透油气田的水平井开发取得较好效果,但其配套技术和工艺技术水平需进一步提高.通过分析大庆油田及国内外水平井分段压裂技术现状,总结国内外油田6大类水平井分段压裂主体工艺技术和1项水平井大型体积压裂技术的原理和特点,以及水平井“工厂化”作业模式.对比大庆油田与国内外水平井分段压裂主体技术的性能指标,找出压裂工艺种类少、施工规模有限等差距.分析大庆油田勘探开发对水平井压裂的技术需求,提出大庆油田水平井改造压裂技术将向多段数（15段以上）、大规模、高效率、低成本、高性价比的方向发展.The much better developed effects by the horizontal wells are achieved in Daqing peripheral low-permea- bility and ultra-low-permeability oil and gas fields, but the responding matching techniques and technological level are needed to be further improved and perfected. Through the analyses of the current technical status for the hori- zontal well staged fracturing in Daqing Oilfield and at home and abroad, the principles and characteristics of the main technology and technique of the above six-category fracturing and one item of the horizontal-well volume frac- turing at home and abroad are summarized, and so is the ＂factory-like＂ operation mode of the horizontal wells. By means of the contrasts of the performance indexes of the principal techniques of the horizontal-well staged fracturing between Daqing Oilfield and those at home and abroad, the deficiencies of the less species of fracturing technology and limited reform and construction scale etc. are found out. Finally, the technical requirements of the horizontal- well fracturing for the exploration and development of Daqing Oilfield are figured out, the development directions of the fracturing are presented： multistage （more than 15 stages} , large-size, high-efficiency, low-cost and high per- formance-price ratio.
