戒烟行动期患者抑郁状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查戒烟行动期患者的抑郁状况及其影响因素,分析抑郁与社会支持的关联性。方法采用抑郁自评量表和社会支持评定量表对123例戒烟行动期患者进行问卷调查。结果戒烟行动期患者抑郁发生率为33.33%,抑郁标准分为48.12±9.27,分析发现不同婚姻状况、不同职业、不同烟草依赖程度的患者抑郁得分存在差异;此外患者抑郁标准分与社会支持总分呈负相关关系(r=-0.19,P<0.05)。结论戒烟行动期患者抑郁状况与社会支持之间存在显著相关,加强主观支持及对支持的利用度有助于降低抑郁的发生率。Objective To investigate the level and its influencing factors of depression in patients on action stage of smoking cessation,to analyze correlation between depression and social support. Methods 123 patients on action stage of smoking cessa-tion were investigated with Self-Rating Depression Scale and the Social Support Rating Scale. Results The depression score was 48.12＆#±9.27,incidence rate of depression was 33.33% in patients on action stage of smoking cessation,difference was found be-tween patients with different marital status,occupations and tobacco dependence,negative correlation （r=-0.19,P〈0.05） was found between depression level and social support,therefore social support was an effective predictor of depression in patients on action stage of smoking cessation. Conclusion Significant negetive correlation was found between depression level and social support , strengthen subjective support and utilization of support helps to reduce the incidence of depression.
