摘 要:目的观察绞股蓝皂苷(GPS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)大鼠脂质过氧化和肝损伤的影响。方法 65只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(N组),NAFLD模型组(NM组),T2DM并NAFLD模型组(M组),T2DM并NAFLD模型大鼠再分别给予GPS(1 g·kg-1·d-1)干预(JH组),GPS(0.5 g·kg-1·d-1)干预(JL组),而M组以纯净水灌胃作为对照。检测血糖(BS)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、脂联素(ADP);检测肝组织TG、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果 ADP结果:N组、M组、NM组、JH组、JL组依次为(7.46±1.12),(3.58±0.98),(4.89±1.02),(4.79±1.01),(4.13±0.89)ng·m L-1,JH组、JL组高于M组(P<0.01),JH组高于JL组(P<0.05)。MDA结果:N组、M组、NM组、JH组、JL组依次为(2.98±0.09),(4.22±0.11),(3.66±0.10),(3.72±0.11),(3.99±0.13)nmol·m L-1,JH组、JL组低于M组(P<0.01),JH组低于JL组(P<0.05)。SOD结果:N组、M组、NM组、JH组、JL组依次为(240.8±17.4),(149.9±20.6),(181.6±19.4),(209.8±19.2),(189.4±18.9)U·m L-1,JH组、JL组高于M组(P<0.01),JH组高于JL组(P<0.05)。肝组织TG结果:N组、M组、NM组、JH组、JL组依次为(28.98±1.68),(214.46±5.44),(198.46±6.98),(142.87±6.64),(164.92±7.56)mg·g-1;JH组、JL组低于M组(P<0.01),JH组低于JL组(P<0.05)。ALT、AST结果:与M组比较,JH组、JL组ALT、AST下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),JH组低于JL组(P<0.05)。结论 GPS能降低T2DM并NAFLD大鼠脂质过氧化程度,通过抑制脂质过氧化抑制肝损伤。Objective To observe the effect of gypenoside on lipid peroxidation and hepatic lesion in rats with type 2diabetes mellitus and nonalcohol fatty liver disease. Methods Totally,65 SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group( group N),NAFLD model group( group NM),and NAFLD with T2 DM model group. The NAFLD with T2 DM model group was further divided into three subgroups: JH group,perfused with 1 g·kg-1·d-1GPS; JL group,perfused with 0. 5g·kg-1·d-1GPS; model control group,perfused with the same volume of water.
