摘 要:目的观察蛇床子素对脑缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法采用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血-再灌注模型,在脑缺血2 h再灌注24 h后,对大鼠神经功能进行评分,并测定脑梗死体积;同时测定脑组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)及线粒体中ATP酶的含量。结果与模型对照组比较,蛇床子素能降低脑梗死体积、改善脑缺血-再灌注大鼠神经功能,升高SOD活性、增加GSH含量,同时降低MDA含量。结论蛇床子素对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the potential mechanism and protective effects of osthole on rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Middle cerebral artery occlusion was induced by the suture-occluded method.After 2 h of cerebral ischemia and 24 h of reperfusion,scores of neurological deficits and infarct volume were evaluated. The levels of SOD,MDA,GSH and ATPase were also determined. Results Scores of neurological deficits and infarct volume were lower in the osthole groups than in the model group. Meanwhile,the activity of SOD and GSH content were increased,while the MDA content was decreased in osthole groups. Conclusion Osthole exerts protective effects on rats with focal cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury.
