摘  要:采用水热合成法结合低温煅烧及两次还原工艺制备了Al2O3质量分数分别为0、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%、1.0%的钼合金粉末。通过SEM观察了混合钼合金粉末的形貌,采用XRD分析了钼合金粉末的相组成,研究了不同制备阶段Al2O3掺杂量对钼合金粉末的影响。结果表明:Al2O3掺杂量对钼合金粉末的均匀性、颗粒分布、粒径大小有一定影响,Al2O3掺杂量的增加对钼合金粉末的团聚有分散作用。经两次氢气还原,片状的MoO3颗粒完全被还原为球状的Mo颗粒,混合粉末主要由Mo和α-Al2O3相组成,不含其他相。α-Al2O3能细化还原后的Mo颗粒,且Al2O3掺杂量越大,Mo颗粒的细化效果越显著。Alumina-doped molybdenum powders were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis combined with low-temperature calcination and two-stage reduction, and mass fraction of Al2O3 were 0,0. 25%,0. 5%, 0.75% and 1% in the molybdenum alloy powders. The morphology and phase composition of molybdenum alloy powders were analyzed using SEM and XRD,respectively. And the influence of A12 Oa dosage on mo- lybdenum alloy powders was investigated at different preparation stages. The results show that Al2O3 dos- age has a certain effect on the uniformity, particle distribution and particle size of the powders. Increasing Al2O3 content has dispersion effect on aggregation of molybdenum alloy powders. After two-stage hydro- gen reduction, flaky MoOa particles is completely reduced to spherical Mo particles,and the mixed powders are mainly composed of Mo and a-Al2O3 without other phases, α-Al2O3 can refine the molybdenum parti- cles ,and the refinement effect of molybdenum particles is more obvious with alumina increasing.
