父母不同教养方式对青少年强迫症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨强迫症患者(OCD)父母教养方式特点及其对患者的影响。方法采用中文版Y-BOCS和父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU),测查60例OCD患者的父母教养方式特点并与60例正常对照者进行比较。结果 OCD患者FF5分数显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),EMBU中父母亲的相同因子进行比较,父亲的惩罚、严厉得分高于母亲;而母亲的拒绝、否认得分高于父亲(P<0.01),患者EMBU各因子中,FF3、FF5、MF3分数与患者发病后至治疗的时间间隔(T)呈线性正相关(P<0.05)。结论不良家庭教养方式可能对OCD患者具有负性影响;OCD患者双亲教养方式有差异;OCD患者感受父亲的拒绝否认多于正常人。Objective To investigate the effect of parents′rearing style on patients with OCD and it＇s characteristics.Methods Using Y-BOCS and EMBU to evaluate 60 cases with OCD and to compare with that of 60 cases of normal controls respectively.Results Compared with normal group, the score of FF5was improved significantly in OCD group（P〈0.01）,the score of MF2 was closer to the control group （ P=0.054） .While for the comparison of same EMBU factor in parents,the fathers′scores of punishment and sternness were significantly greater than those of mothers′,the mothers′showed more prominent refusal and repudiation than the fathers′（ P〈0.01）.For each factor in patients with EMBU,positive linear correlations existed between the score of FF3,FF5,MF3 and T（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The parents′unhealthy rearing style might have some negative impact on the patients with OCD;Difference does exist between the fa-thers and mothers of patients with OCD;OCD patients feel fathers′refusal and repudiation greater than normal controls′.
