摘  要:贫液式VRLA蓄电池的常见故障有硫化、失水、短路、正极板栅严重腐蚀、热失控和早期容量损失(PCL)等,由于这些故障有伴生现象,给故障的诊断带来难度。文中将故障诊断与故障处理相结合,根据故障电池充放电过程中出现的现象,判断出不可修复的短路和正极板栅严重腐蚀故障和可修复的PCL、硫化和失水故障,并结合实例介绍故障修复的方法。The common failures of starved-type valve-regulated lead-acid battery(VRLAB)are sulfidization,water loss,short circuit,severe corrosion of the positive grid,thermal runaway,premature capacity loss(PCL),etc.Associated occurrence of phenomena accompanied with these failures leads to difficulties in fault diagnosis.The present article,based on phenomena of failed batteries during charging and discharging process,provides diagnosis on irreparable(i.e.short circuit and severe corrosion of positive grid)and repairable failures(i.e.PCL,sulfidization and water loss).Methods for repairing the faults are presented with real cases as well.
