摘　　要：文中运用MQP模型、AHP和"间接优势度"的方法确定各指标的综合权重,建立了一套先进性、实用性、过程导向的精益物流评价指标体系,并以湖北省烟草公司为研究对象,进而说明指标体系的效果。Through applying the MQP model,the method AHP and indirect dominance,we established a lean logistics evaluating indicators system with the principle combining advancing,practical,and processing oriented,we built up the comprehensive weight of each indicators,and took the Hubei tobacco company as an example,explained the examine outcome of the evaluating system.
