摘　　要：文中从应急物流的研究现状和福建省应急物流发展态势分析入手,分析出目前福建省应急物流体系不完善,体系不健全等问题。随后,结合《物流业发展中长期规划(2014—2020年)》的精神,为福建省加快构建应急物流体系设计了基本框架。By analyzing the current situation of emergency logistics and the development situation in Fujian Province,we can see there are a lot of issues,such as the emergency logistics system have been not perfect,the system is faulty and so on.By meshing the logistics industry development planning,we design the basic framework for speeding up the progress of emergency logistics in Fujian Province.
