个体化护理在下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨个体化护理在血管外科下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用效果。方法对于160例下肢静脉血栓的患者,除采取一般护理措施外,还根据不同的治疗方式和患者的心理状况,采取个体化的护理措施。结果 160例中痊愈132例,好转21例,无效5例,死亡2例,总有效率为95.6%。无任何护理并发症发生。结论根据下肢深静脉血栓患者不同的治疗方案和患者心理状况采取个体化的护理措施,能达到事半功倍的效果。Objective to study the individualized nursing care in vascular surgery application effect of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients.Methods for 180 cases of patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis, in addition to the general nursing measures, also according to the different treatment of doctors and patients psychological status, personalized nursing measures.Results among 180 cases, 155 cases were markedly improved, 2 l case effectively, invalid in 2 cases,2 cases died. show the efficiency of 84%, the total effective rate was 84%, without any nursing complications.Conclusion according to the different situation of patient selection for treatment, according to the different treatment and patients psychological status of individualized nursing measures, can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
